Winston A. Robinson Jr. is the president of Wynsmith Realty, LLC a Chicago based real estate investment and development company. Prior to establishing Wynsmith Realty, LLC Winston served as an Operations Manager at Access Physical Therapy Incorporated, were he was responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising all business functions for both the site and business office. As Operations Manager, he was responsible for overseeing company educational training and compliance, staff development, department policy implementation and business organization and network development.  

Prior to serving as Operations Manager, Winston was a financial Risk Management Analyst at J.P Morgan Chase, where he was responsible for analyzing potential risk threatening activities towards assets, earnings capacity and personal identity and to make recommendations in order to protect potential losses and to limit risk through diversification, currency exchange and other investment strategies.  

Mr. Robinson graduated from Northern Illinois University with a bachelor’s of science degree in Economics and a minor in African American studies. Mr. Robinson also holds a certificate in real estate from Century 21.

Vice President

Growing up in “The Windy City” as a child, inspired Mr. Smith to dream big and pursue his passion of acquiring beautiful real estate and architecture in a city filled with many broad shoulder. Destined to pursue his dreams of real estate, Mr. Smith decided during his junior year of high school at Proviso East, he would venture out in to the wonderful world of real estate and live his childhood dream of becoming a real estate investor. Simply, to find himself three months later pursuing his General Educational Development diploma from Triton Community College.

After successfully completing his General Educational Development diploma, Mr. Smith later enrolled in Triton Community College to take up studies in computer data processing. Were he would later discover his joy with the area of printing, so much so that he accepted a position at the Deluxe Checks Printers Company as  a Press Man, where he was responsible for setting up, adjusting, operating, and maintaining single or multi-color offset press to print single-color, two-color, and or multi-color checks for both individuals and corporations. Although, he had found joy in being a Press Man, Mr. Smith ultimate dream of being a real estate investor still stood dear in his heart. It was then Mr. Smith decided he would take it one step further to achieving his dreams.

Mr. Smith, resigned from the Deluxe Checks Printers Company, where he would later become self employed as a mover for Forest Movers located in Forest Park, Illinois. Where he was responsible for relocating individuals and corporations from city to city and state to state. It was here that Mr. Smith would begin to learn the true perspective of business and what it takes to succeed.
